Symptom narrative

After giving Varicella to patient, he said he felt itchy. He developed small hives/welts on his back and shoulders. 10 ml of Benadryl elixir administered orally. Observed patient. Hives/welts redness resolved. Patient stated he felt a little wheezy so he used Albuterol inhaler. Wheezing resolved. Continued to observe patient for 30 minutes. Updated his family. Called patient later that night. All issues had resolved.
