Symptom narrative

Patient says he developed gout and eczema within a couple of weeks of taking the vaccine and he had never had issues with these conditions before. The gout symptoms (foot swelling and pain) resulted in an ER visit for diagnosis and prescription treatment. He still deals with the eczema but was able to resolve the gout symptoms within a few months.
