Symptom narrative

Patient came into office for final dose of Post-Exposure Rabies Vaccine on 12/30/25. He reported that after the previous dose on 12/23/25, his left eyelid had some swelling and was itchy the day after. He also reported having lots of sweat. Referred patient to follow-up with primary care physician for an okay to continue or discontinue last round of Post-Exposure Rabies vaccination.
