Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Manager dialed 911 and she was transprted to local hospital. She was checked out and released quickly because she said she was ok. This happened around 3:20ish. When I spoke to mom around 5PM they were out shopping. Mom said she was fine and her color had returned. I recommended that when she gets any immunization to make sure she sits for a full 15 minutes.
