Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Swallowing, Throat Tightness-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Medium, Systemic: swelling in hands-Mild, Additional Details: per patient swelling at injection site swollen gland in armpit eyes feel swollwn vision is fine. throat normal but trouble swallowing medication. swelling in armsa and hands, relief with atarax per pt followed up after 4 hours patient did not need epipen swelling gone down and throat feels normal. Patient cannot tolerate benadryl tried loratadine first then atarax which worked quickly
