Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: patient has tingling in the injection arm that is slowly getting better. now at about 10%. numbness in the injection arm that is slowly resolving, now at about 10/15%. patient unable to pick up items with injection arm. when picking up, experiences shooting pain from hand up to injection site on arm.
