Symptom narrative

Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Systemic: Tinnitus-Mild, Systemic: Vomiting-Mild, Additional Details: Patient became flushed with light sweating approximately 1 minute after injection during observation. When questioned, patient stated she "could not hear" briefly but had recovered. Patient requested water which was provided and seemed to recover but then complained of nausea and vomitted shortly thereafter. After vomiting, patient began to "fill better' and stated she was 100% ok and requested to leave, stating this "sometimes happens when I give blood". She refused medical care/911.
