Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: confirmed with pt no adverse effect just simply wants to report and injection site is too high.-Mild, Additional Details: Pt stated the injection site is too high. Confirmed no adverse effect with pt. Just minor soreness as usual injection should be. No limitation of movement. Cannot tell from the site pt pointed/showed is too high. Pt just wants to report to pharmacy.
