Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was injected twice. The first syringe was empty, after reviewing cameras belief is that the liquid was emptied in attempt to clear out the air bubble. Since the first syringe was empty, a second was prepared and administerd to the patient
