My son had his vaccines during his 5 year check up yesterday. He is ok now. We did not seek treatment, but it was hard to know what to do so I wanted to report his symptoms. He started crying around 7pm and having severe chills. He was having muscle spasms but I couldn?t tell if they were because the chills were so bad or because he was falling asleep. They were similar to the jerks some people have while falling asleep. He felt very hot along his spine and his hands and feet. He was able to speak to us but couldn?t tell us what exactly he was feeling. He had some relief with Tylenol but didn?t sleep well and woke several times crying. I massaged where it was very hot on his back and neck and it helped him fall asleep. He didn?t have a temperature when measured in his ear. He also had several bouts of diarrhea.
