Symptom narrative

Patient received Fluzone HD and Heplisav-B on 12/22/2025. Per patient report, a minor rash developed the day after vaccination and subsequently spread to both arms and back. As of 12/30/2025, the rash is described as raised and bumpy. Primary care provider was notified and patient was prescribed appropriate medication for symptom management.
