Symptom narrative

received the 1st Shingrix dose never got 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on 01-JUN-2021). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received the 1st Shingrix dose never got 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
