patient received an Arexvy vaccine that was expired; This non-serious case was reported by the other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 63-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number F4AC3, expiry date 12-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 29-DEC-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 29-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient received an Arexvy vaccine that was expired).
