No adverse events; impropery storage of product in use; This spontaneous report was received from other health professional concerning a 10-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's pertinent medical history, past drug reactions or allergies, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not provided. On 17-OCT-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot #y013818 has been verified to be valid, expiration date not reported, but upon internal validation established as 12-FEB-2027) 0.5 ml, for prophylaxis (anatomical location and route of administration was not reported). It was reported that the vaccine was improperly stored before administration (Product storage error). No adverse event reported.
