Symptom narrative

Within 2 to 3 hours I experienced Severe shoulder pain that radiates to top of neck. Followed by numbness and tingling throughout left arm/hand. Over the next week my arm would experience constant numbness and zingers. Intermittent shoulder and neck pain that has made it impossible to sleep, work, function. 7 weeks later and my symptoms are worsening.
