Symptom narrative

Severe fatigue, muscle pain, and headaches the following morning. Persisted throughout the day and impaired my ability to think. The pain was aggravated with exertion. The headache had no reliving factors. Through the course of the day the muscle pain got better. Headache pain rated at 8/10.
