This is not a report of an error, but bringing a potential LASA issue to you attention hoping that you can influence the manufacturer to make a change. GSK's packaging for Penmenvy and Rotarix are very similar (see attached photo). Similar packaging may contribute to error. Reporter's recommendations: 1> Label product with LASA stickers 2. Store in separate areas 3.
