Symptom narrative

Patient started to be symptomatic after flu shot around 12/23. Family describes patient being more fatigued, coughing with thick nonproductive sputum. Family states that patient's symptoms has been worsening over time and that today patient was going to be prescribed antibiotics for pneumonia. However patient started gurgling and choking on her sputum and suffered cardiac arrest on 12/30/25

Parkinson's, bilateral cataracts, Breast cancer post lumpectomy and radiation, Cerebral artery occlusion with cerebral infarction , Depression, anxiety, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, former tobacco use, Osteopenia, osteoarthritis of left knee
