Symptom narrative

he fainted and hit his head on the ground directly. It happened 4 min after the immunization. He described that he felt spinning and eyesight blacked out. He was place on the ground.

Paramedic checked: his BP was 90/50 and suggested parents send him to hospital for further check up. Patient left the pharmacy with the paramedic team and his father. I have called his phone number on profile but cannot leave message, so not sure about the further action they took.
