Symptom narrative

After receiving last COVID vaccine on 1/2/2025, patient experienced adverse event. Within 24 hours patient started having bower issues. Specifically diarrhea and not being able to control her bowel movements. Up to this day, she is still having those issues to a lesser extent. When patient received the immunization, she had a local pain and said that she did not feel right. Added that she had a feeling that something bad will happen.
