Symptom narrative

Pt stated that 2 to 3 days after getting COVID vaccine on 10/18/2024, he experienced severe vertigo where everything was spinning. He wouldn't be able to get up and it lasted about 1 month. He had experienced similar reaction from Pfizer COVID vaccine on 10/25/2023, but did not attribute it to vaccine. So now after discussing with his PCP, pt decided not to get COVID vaccine. Pt's symptoms are subsiding gradually, but he is still experiencing vertigo couple times per day.
