Symptom narrative

swelling on all 3 sites of vaccines given 10/31 with erythema and scabbing. raised lump right thigh, raised sites left thigh with 2 months of swelling, bruised appearance at center, right thigh with 2 inch area of raised soft tissue swelling persistent x 2 months per mother . seen er 12/27 raised local reaction but suggested vaers and pediatrician f/u.
