30 seconds after last vaccine given patient had tonic generalized seizure with loss of awareness, total time lasted <1 min, closer to 30 seconds; EMS called and by the time they arrived, patient was back to baseline. She was not post-ictal. I, personally witnessed the seizure and noted her eyes to roll up, her pupils were dilated and non-reactive to light. She had tonic posturing of upper extremities. No choking.
