Symptom narrative

I've never had any adverse events other than sore injection site, a little swelling, and being tired. The illness I have now is probably not from the COVID VACCINE, but a very bad cold or bronchitis, my appointment with Dr. is Friday, December 5th at 1pm

Medical history

Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, bladder issues, back muscle cramps and spasms. NOTE: I am not running a fever think I have a severe cold or maybe bronchitis, due to the cough being such a deep chest cough , but no fever. I'll be seeing my doctor on Friday, January 5th 2026

Other medications

Metformin, Astorvastin, Mybetreq, and 5 more for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, allergy prescription, muscle relaxer, vitamin A, B12, B Complex, Multi vitamin for women over 50, vitamin D3, & vitamin E.
