Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine and waited in store for ~15 minutes after without adverse events. Pt returned in the afternoon stating that about an hour after the vaccine her bilateral arms were tingling and she had reached out to her primary heath care provider and was waiting on a response. After coordination with her primary care office it was decided that she would be taken to ER for evaluation. Pt had someone present to escort her there.
