Immediate post-injection reactionPain in extremity

Symptom narrative

Patient reported that she had immediate arm pain during injection that got progressively worse until she went to an orthopedic doctor who said her shoulder may have been affected. She has been going to physical therapy since September and feeling some relief but not 100% recovered. She is also hesitant to repeat this vaccine because of the issue, though she believes the admisitration technique may have played a part.
