Presyncope

Symptom narrative

Patient experienced vasovagal response to vaccine with initial BP reading of 64/47. Patient monitored for 20 minutes with vital sign readings taken every 5 minutes. Subsequent BP readings were 91/57, 103,69, 100/85. Patient left the pharmacy with his family. Pharmacist tried to contact patient's parent to check on him the next day but never received a return phone call.
