Symptom narrative

Patient started with fatigue, Nausea, vomiting and difficulty sleeping. Fever hit 103 degrees so he went to the ER. Fever subsided but he observed a rash on his arm and it was continuing to go. ER diagnosed it as cellulitis. Patient is an EMT and said they vaccine was administered in a normal way, alcohol swab used in advance and no red flags. Patient also shares he normally responds with fever with vaccines like covid, but this was more extreme.
