Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

received a Shingrix vaccine in 2020 but never got the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 70-year-old male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2020). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received a Shingrix vaccine in 2020 but never got the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-DEC-2025 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The reporter went to the pharmacy on the day of reporting to get another dose but since it was been 5 years. The reporter was did they need another booster in 2 to 6 months since the last one was 5 years ago.
