Menveo (2 vial) - Expired dose; Menveo (2 vial) - Administration to a patient older that 55 years of age; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 70-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AMVB056A, expiry date 31-AUG-2025) and (batch number AMXB056A, expiry date 31-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included hiv infection. On 22-DEC-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 22-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Menveo (2 vial) - Expired dose) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo (2 vial) - Administration to a patient older that 55 years of age). The outcome of the expired vaccine used and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable.
