I woke up around 2 am with severe left arm/shoulder pain. I would a rate it as a 15/10 pain. I was unable to move the arm at all due to pain. I was immobile in bed for about 3 or 4 hours, ended up urinating on myself before I finally was able to get myself out of bed despite the pain. I have had severe pain before due to illness and bilateral femur fractures but this was probably the third worse pain in my life. It caused me to vomit once I was able to get up. I spent the entire day in my recliner barely able to move. I probably should have gone to Emergency but I'm a stubborn old retired RN. I am reporting it now because today (12/31/25) I'm having what may be a delayed secondary reaction. I'm having a very similar but less severe similar pain in the same area. This pain is more about a 7/10 pain. It is improving some with acetaminophen and some voltaren cream. I'm not sure what number booster this is. I have had every Covid booster since the very beginning.
