Symptom narrative

I went to bed around 10pm feeling fine but woke up around 1am shaking and feeling extremely cold. My teeth were chattering and my toes felt like ice cubes. I wanted to reach for a blanket and turn off my fan but could not move or talk. I felt nauseated and scared because I couldn't do anything about it or get help. I just laid there unable to move and suffered. I really thought I was going to die. I don't know how long this lasted but eventually it slowly began to abate. I was finally able to move enough to get an extra blanket at the foot of my bed but it did not help with the intense coldness I was experiencing. These symptoms slowed up over the course of the night and I was able to get up and use the bathroom. I fell back asleep and woke up the next day with no symptoms other than fatigue.
