PainShoulder injury related to vaccine administration

Symptom narrative

Patient called Pharmacy on 12-17-25 to report symptoms related to SIRVA as a result of administration of 2 vaccination provided on 11-1-25. Patient stated both vaccines were administered in left arm. She reported sharp pain when engaging her shoulder muscle or lifting arm overhead. Patient stated she has not been assessed by a medical provider.
