A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), in Nov2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset Dec2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "just tested positive". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: (Dec2025) Positive. Clinical course: The patient had the covid shot in Nov2025 and just tested positive in Dec2025. The patient inquired whether they had any immunity to the variant.
