A 74-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), in Oct2025 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation; dupilumab (DUPIXENT), first regimen since 2023 at 300 mg (300 mg(every other week)) and second regimen since 2024 at 300 mg (300 mg(every other week)), subcutaneous for eczema. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Eczema" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: CHILLS (non-serious) with onset 2025, outcome "recovered" (2025); DIZZINESS (non-serious) with onset 2025, outcome "recovered" (2025). The action taken for dupilumab was unknown. Additional information: This case involves a 74 years old female patient who had cataracts in her left eye, noticed eyes worsening with occasionally blurriness, eczema flared back, got the covid shot a month ago (Oct2025) and got sick, had chills and dizziness while being treated with dupilumab [Dupixent] delivered via pre-filled pen and Covid-19 vaccine. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s), concomitant medication, and family history were not provided. In 2023 (2-3 years ago), the patient started taking dupilumab Strength: 300mg, Solution for injection at a dose of 300 mg QOW via subcutaneous route for Eczema. In 2024 dupilumab dosage was resumed to 300 mg QOW. In Oct-2025, the patient started taking Covid-19 vaccine (with unknown dosage, frequency, strength, route, form and indication). Patient had break in therapy of less than 60 days last year (2024 -exact date unknown), wanted to see how she would do off of it but eczema flared back up so she went back on it (eczema) (Latency: unknown), skin was back to being good after resuming therapy (exact date unknown), md aware. Patient was told she had cataracts in her left eye last year (2024) (cataract) (Latency: unknown) that wasn't bad at the time but during her last eye checkup (Oct-2025) she was told that possible surgery is needed, did noticed eyes worsening with occasionally blurriness (vision blurred) condition aggravated (onset date, Latency: unknown), using eye drops (name unknown, start date unknown), md aware. Patient got the covid shot a month ago (Oct2025) and got sick (illness), had chills (chills) and dizziness (Latency: unknown) that lasted 2-3 days, md aware. unknown if titration dosing ordered (Batch number, Expiry date: unknown for all the events). Information regarding batch number and expiration date corresponding to the one at time of event occurrence was requested.
