Symptom narrative

Patient received the Tdap vaccine and Flu vaccine on 12/30/2025 around 12:50pm. Patient called around 2pm stating they have numbness feeling on the right arm and leg where they got their Tdap vaccine. Patient called and advised to see the urgent care if it gets any worst. Patient called back around 4pm stating that the feeling went away and did not need further intervention.
