4 month old, male patient received a dose of Kinrix; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3RT93, expiry date 03-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 30-DEC-2025, the patient received Kinrix (intramuscular). On 30-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 4 month old, male patient received a dose of Kinrix). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
