administered to 17-year-old female using 5/8inch needle in deltoid/ unsure if dose given was intramuscular due to needle size; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of intramuscular formulation administered by other route in a 17-year-old female patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (Flulaval) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Flulaval (unknown deltoid). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Flulaval, the patient experienced intramuscular formulation administered by other route (Verbatim: administered to 17-year-old female using 5/8inch needle in deltoid/ unsure if dose given was intramuscular due to needle size).
