Expired Kinrix administered to a patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5AY2J, expiry date 10-JUN-2024) for prophylaxis. On 11-JUN-2024, the patient received Kinrix. On 11-JUN-2024, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Kinrix administered to a patient). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
