This case involves an unknown age and unknown gender patient who received two influenza usp trival a-b subvirion vaccine [fluzone] within one week, with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On an unknown date, the patient received two influenza usp trival a-b subvirion vaccine Suspension for injection within one week, with no reported adverse event (inappropriate schedule of product administration) (latency: same day) (dose, strength, route, batch number, expiry date was unknown) Action taken was not applicable.
