Symptom narrative

Patient developed a full-body rash (red patches); she had a fever that would not respond to medication (ranging from 100-104* F); she was extremely lethargic and dizzy; she had a low appetite; her symptoms worsened for 72 hours (mother called the doctor's office for guidance several times) then resolved after the third day
