Shingles; Shingles; she got Shingles again; she got Shingles again; This serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a 59-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number C9X3R, expiry date 05-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 08-OCT-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (unknown arm). On 10-APR-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In JUN-2025, not applicable after receiving Shingrix and 1 month after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: she got Shingles again). In NOV-2025, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: she got Shingles again) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: Shingles). In DEC-2025, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: Shingles). The outcome of the vaccination failure and shingles were not reported and the outcome of the shingles and shingles were resolving. She was concerned over the vaccine and would like for the Safety group to reach out to her.
