Symptom narrative

Swelling, redness, widespread heat, hot to touch at injection site elbow to shoulder within 24 hours. Hives near injection site, also near underarm, stomach area and hip. Sore throat-right side, fever, muscle pain, mouth sores started 4-5 days after injection. Pain and BURNING sensation throughout body.
