Pediarix and Infanrix co-administration in a 15-month-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 15-month-old female patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) (batch number 2TP34, expiry date 19-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number M4ZE7, expiry date 13-NOV-2027) for prophylaxis. On 31-DEC-2025, the patient received Pediarix and Infanrix. On 31-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix and Infanrix, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: Pediarix and Infanrix co-administration in a 15-month-old patient).
