Wrong administration; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 17-year-old female patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2024-2025 season) for prophylaxis. On 29-DEC-2025, the patient received FluLaval 2024-2025 season (right deltoid). On 29-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval 2024-2025 season, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: Wrong administration). The outcome of the wrong vaccine administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-DEC-2025 The reporter recalled that there had been another patient with the same situation (wrong administration) for Flulaval in the right deltoid muscle.
