Tinnitus in both ears; each time after vaccination came down with Covid infection; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of TINNITUS (Tinnitus in both ears) and COVID-19 (each time after vaccination came down with Covid infection) in a 37-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 029L20A, 031M20A and 939903) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On 21-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On 18-Feb-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 28-Nov-2021, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. In January 2021, the patient experienced TINNITUS (Tinnitus in both ears). In 2021, the patient experienced COVID-19 (each time after vaccination came down with Covid infection). At the time of the report, TINNITUS (Tinnitus in both ears) and COVID-19 (each time after vaccination came down with Covid infection) outcome was unknown. No concomitant medications provided by the reporter. It was reported that the patient received 4 rounds of Moderna-COVID-19 vaccine and each time after vaccination the patient came down with COVID infection.
