Symptom narrative

I went in for the annual flu vaccination, when the vaccine was administered, I felt tightness in my throat, a few hours later I developed a rash across my arms, chest, and upper back. Later that night i developed chest tightness and difficulty breathing, I contacted my cardiologist and they had me come in the next day and noticed decreased oxygen levels and respiratory distress. My cardiologist called a rapid response from the clinic room, and they transported me to the ER where I received respiratory treatment.
