Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy and stated that she got shingle vaccine 12 days ago and her arm is still red and sore that is difficult for her to mover her arm. She had a picture of big red spot on her arm that seems unusual for injection site reaction and she believes that could be an allergic reaction to vaccines. I explained her the possible side effect and educated her about taking to her pcp about next dose and also use anti -inflammatory and allergy medicine.
