Patient shares that on 11/18/25, she received an influenza vaccine. She says that after receiving the vaccine, she experienced significant pain in her arm. When her arm started to go numb, she called Nurse Triage on 12/1/2025 and then followed up with an appointment in the Department of Family Medicine. On 12/2/2025, the outcome of that appointment stated, "Exam suggestive of shoulder impingement. Suspect pain maybe unrelated to vaccination administration as pain did not occur immediately following injection." It was recommended that patient complete Physical Therapy. Patient started physical therapy on 12/4/2025.
