patient had vasovagal response - felt dizzy and faint about 1 minute after vaccination, had patient lay down on exam table, reported feeling better after about 2-3 minutes, had patient sit with father in waiting area, pt felt faint and dizzy again 10 minutes after vaccination, assisted to exam table with father, had pt lay down and reported feeling better after 2-3 minutes - father states child rec'd flu vaccine on 12/29/25
